en In one year, the city of Marrakech is the home of two major events for the Mediterranean. After the first euro-mediterranean Conference of Ministers of Labor and employment in November 2008, the red city, the second in the strengthening of the role of women in society. Not less than 43 delegations from countries of the UPM (Union for the Mediterranean) participated in the second conference, which takes place three years after the end of the first edition of Istanbul.
